Just finished a bgv session on McClarney’s project.  

MK was joined by Jason Eskridge (artist and background singer for Jonny Lang) and Nickie Conley.  They killed it…put these tunes to bed!

Jason insisted on wearing one of my hats during the session.

Jonathan Kingham stopped over and stayed at the Skinner house last night.  Jonathan (singer, songwriter, producer), is one of our west coast friends.  

Great guy and a great talent.  Smokin’ player.  He entertained the heck out of MK and I a few years ago when we caught our first show of his.

We had such a blast at ‘The Little Festival on the Prairie’ and we’re all still riding high from it!  I honestly had the best time I’ve had in years and the band was burning!  

Oh yea and we had side splitting laugher, from our early morning rehearsal on Friday (before heading to the  airport), until we cam home.  I can’t wait to get out again!!

MK and I have made some new great friends in the Ragsdales!  John just recorded a new live project with Jeff Balding producing and engineering.  John and I wrote a new song for his record, called ‘Tenderly’.  It’s a good one and I can’t wait for you to hear it (and hear his new project)!  I was honored to  guest on a few tunes.  This project is going to be really special.
